IMPORTANT CHANGES

Dear Valued Customer:

Sportsman’s Boat Storage has been in business for many, many years and it is a pleasure to be a part of the SBS family and upcoming summer as 57 Service LLC. We will be taking care of all your service needs and expectations. Same office, same crew, same great location!

With that being said, the purpose of this letter is to make you aware of important changes that are taking place.

Tractor fees have been the same charge for the last 15 YEARS. There will be a slight increase on these fees- $18 round trip each time for any boat under 28’ and $23 round trip each time for any boat 28’ and over. This will go into full effect as of April 15th, 2018. As always, this does not include/effect gratuity for our drivers. Tractor fees will still be billed out at the end of the month as a statement from 57 Service LLC.

Our gas-up and cover service will continue on the same weekly schedule as well as available fill-up at our non-ethanol gas pump on your way to or from the water during the week and weekend* (*if absolutely necessary). We ask, if you need gas in your boat for the upcoming weekend, please call us ahead of time to get it filled up beforehand to help eliminate weekend wait times and delays. If you would like to be added to our gas/cover list OR wish to continue to be, we now require your credit card information to be on file in our secure server. We will charge your card weekly for any fuel or cover service billed to your account that previous week/weekend. If you prefer to pay cash or check, those options are available to be paid at the end of your boating day.

We will also continue to offer all of our same great services such as summerizing, clean-ups, mechanical repairs, minor fixes, etc. These will no longer be billed monthly on a statement as before. Any service work orders must be placed through our office or website requiring a credit card on file in our secure server. Your card will be charged upon completion of the work order. Your invoice will be marked and posted “Paid” to your account. If you prefer to pay cash or check, those options are available and due BEFORE we can order any necessary parts, supplies or materials needed for work order completion.

57 Service has every intention to provide you with the best professional service. If you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, it’s important for us to know.
